1. The service

Q19 provides a Qur’an reader, word and root searches, connections, attributed research and tools for saved study. Features, storage limits and QI answer allowances depend on the selected plan shown on the Plans page. The free plan does not become a paid subscription automatically.

QI means Qur’anic Insights. Its generated explanations are AI-assisted and may be inaccurate. Index facts, attributed sources and generated interpretations are distinguished. Check the cited text and evidence; QI is not a religious ruling or professional advice. This does not restrict statutory rights for defective services.

2. Accounts and eligibility

The service is intended for people aged 16 or older. A minimum-age confirmation is not proof of legal capacity to enter a paid contract; minors need any consent required by applicable law. Use an email address you control, protect your credentials and tell support promptly about suspected misuse.

You can use the public information and demo without an account. Platform access requires an account. Optional research-storage consent and optional analytics consent are separate from account registration and any contract.

3. Orders and contract information

Before a paid order, review the selected plan, functions, total price including applicable taxes, currency, billing interval, initial duration, renewal conditions and cancellation arrangements. Correct errors before the final payment action. Only an expressly confirmed paid order creates a payment obligation.

We email you a confirmation containing your selected plan, price, billing interval, these terms and the withdrawal instructions. Keep that copy for your records. Stripe separately provides payment and invoice information.

4. Prices and payment

Stripe handles card and other supported payment methods. Q19 does not receive your complete card details. The checkout identifies the seller and payment recipient; a payment processor must not be confused with the operator of Q19.

The selected plan and checkout determine the amount and currency. Answer allowances are service limits, not a cash balance. Statutory refund and defect rights remain unaffected. No additional paid upgrade is made without your agreement.

5. Duration, renewal and cancellation

The initial term is one month for monthly billing or one year for yearly billing. Payment is collected in advance at the selected interval. You can cancel before the initial term ends. After that term, the contract continues for an indefinite period and can be ended with no more than one month’s notice. For an earlier end than shown in the billing portal, use the public cancellation form or contact support. Payments covering time after the effective end are refunded proportionately.

You may submit ordinary or extraordinary cancellation through the public cancellation form without signing in, or contact the operator. Identify the account or contract; an order number is not essential. The receipt records your declaration and its receipt time. The effective contract end date must be confirmed after the contract is identified. Grounds are needed only for extraordinary cancellation. Statutory termination rights are preserved.

Deleting your account and withdrawing from a contract are different actions. Download any research you wish to keep before account deletion. Use the withdrawal information for the statutory cooling-off right.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse accounts, evade access or spending limits, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material or disclose other people’s private information. Do not submit sensitive personal details to QI. Use content only within the permissions supplied with it.

Q19 may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or a security threat. Restrictions should be proportionate; contact support to contest a restriction. Statutory consumer rights and access to legal declarations remain unaffected.

7. Your work and third-party content

You retain any rights you hold in your notes and other contributions. Q19 processes them to provide the features you request and in accordance with the privacy policy and your choices. Sharing a board makes it available to the audience described by that feature.

Source texts, translations, recordings, images and other third-party material may have separate licences. Access to Q19 does not grant a general right to redistribute them. Generated content is not a guarantee of originality or ownership.

8. Availability, updates and consumer rights

A supported current browser and internet connection are required. Maintenance and provider outages may affect availability. Q19 must provide the agreed digital service and any updates required by law; the AI limitation notice is not a blanket exclusion of liability.

Your mandatory rights for non-conforming digital services, including remedies, price reduction or termination where applicable, remain intact. Liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and other non-excludable liability is not excluded.

9. Privacy and communication

The privacy policy explains providers, purposes, retention and your rights. Cookie settings control optional device storage and analytics. You can request your data and delete your account in Account. Contact the operator through the published business contact details for privacy requests or complaints.

10. Changes and applicable law

Posting new terms does not by itself replace an existing contract. Changes must be communicated and implemented using any agreement, notice and termination rights required by law. Mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of habitual residence and statutory court rights are preserved.

Contact support@q19.ai with questions or complaints. Publication of these terms does not certify that the legal notice is complete.
