Withdrawal information

Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract for Q19 services within 14 days after the contract is concluded, without giving a reason. If required information was not properly supplied, the statutory rules on a later start or extension of the period remain applicable.

Tell the operator identified above clearly that you withdraw, by email, post or the online withdrawal function linked below. You may use the model form, but it is not compulsory. Sending the declaration before the deadline is sufficient. No sign-in or order number is required for the online form.

After an online declaration, you receive an acknowledgement recording its content, date and time on a durable medium. Save the downloadable receipt as well. Receipt of a declaration and completion of a refund are separate steps; a delivery problem does not change the recorded receipt time.

Following a valid withdrawal, payments received must be refunded without undue delay, no later than 14 days after the operator receives your withdrawal. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee.

Access can begin when your paid subscription becomes active. Q19 does not require you to waive the withdrawal right. During the applicable withdrawal period, a valid withdrawal receives a full refund; Q19 does not deduct a fee for use during that period.

Cancellation ends a subscription under its agreed or statutory termination rules. Withdrawal reverses a qualifying contract under the statutory cooling-off rules. You can use either public function without an account login.
